These terms apply to your use of this website and to quotes and services from Heavy Hitter Transport LLC ("Heavy Hitter," "we," "us"), a New York box truck transportation company. By using the site or booking with us, you agree to them.
Services
We provide box truck transportation, including pallet and freight delivery, commercial delivery, and moving jobs, within New York. Service availability, areas and timing are confirmed when we confirm your booking.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown in the online quote builder are estimates based on the details you enter, such as distance, time, stops, pallets and add-ons. A quote is not a confirmed booking. Your job is booked only after you confirm it and we accept it. If the job differs from what was entered (for example, more time, stops or items), the price may change, and we will tell you before the work goes ahead.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off addresses, contact details, and a description of the items.
- Make sure items are ready and accessible at the agreed time, and that we can legally and safely access the locations.
- Do not ship illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items.
Scheduling, changes and cancellations
Contact us as early as possible to change or cancel a booking. Any cancellation or price-lock terms we agree with you when booking apply to that job.
Delays
Traffic, weather, building access, and other events outside our control can affect timing. We will keep you informed and work to complete the job as agreed.
Limits
To the extent allowed by New York law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
Website use
The website is provided as is. Please do not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information through its forms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
